I wish to make our products automatically disabled on OpenBay after they sell on eBay.
Having the option to prevent customers from even viewing products that have been sold would be very helpful to prevent any "angry" customers.
So, I know the quantity is adjusted when an item is sold, but I would very much appreciate it to be automatically disabled as well.
This is now available on the beta version, both pre and post 1.5.6 modules – it is a setting in the eBay admin area to disable sold items. It will only disable an item when the stock reaches 0 and it was updated by an order import or sale on OpenCart store. It will be available on the next public release or the current beta versions.

Like Rob, this would be a great addition, and the ability to select on an option by option basis very welcome to allow for items or colours which cannot be repeated against those which are just temporarily out of stock.
Our customers are happy to order & pay for out of stock items they know will be delivered soon, but we would not want them to be able to do this with items which are being discontinued. -

Why not just change the standard opencart setting in admin to not allow out-of-stock checkout?
I would actually like this feature too, but I'd like it within opencart and selectable on a per product basis. OS certain products can be disabled when sold-out. e.g. end of line products.
